Hooray! We are now offering curbside pick up for our local customers on Hawai’i Island.
Pick up days are daily from 9am-3:30pm (except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). All orders must be paid for in advance and a confirmed pick up time is required. If you have not spoken to someone directly, your order has not yet been confirmed for pick up.
To get started, follow these instructions:
- Place your order online. At checkout, select Local Pick Up as your shipping option.
- Once your order is placed, contact our staff to arrange your pick up time – (808) 882-1690. You may also email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once a pick up time has been confirmed by our staff, plan to arrive at that time. If you will not be able to make it to your agreed upon time, be sure to notify our staff to reschedule.
- When you arrive, park in front of the Visitor’s Center (the larger building) and call our staff (808) 882-1690. Remain in your vehicle and a staff member will come out to greet you. Be sure to wear a mask when you receive your order.
