Hooray! We are now offering curbside pick up for our local customers on Hawai’i Island.
Pick up days are Tuesday-Thursday from 9am-4pm. All orders must be paid for in advance as no store access will be available. A confirmed pick up time is required. Keep in mind if you place an order over the weekend it will not be available for pick up until Tuesday of the following week.
To get started, follow these instructions:
- Place your order online. At checkout, select Local Pick Up as your shipping option.
- Once your order is placed, contact our staff to arrange your pick up time. Someone will be available to help you Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm at (808) 882-1690. You may also email: firstname.lastname@example.org. (We will not be offering pick up on the weekends at this time.)
- Once a pick up time has been confirmed by our staff, plan to arrive at that time. If you will not be able to make it to your agreed upon time, be sure to notify our staff to reschedule.
- When you arrive, park in the spaces directly in front of the small building with the Office sign. Remain in your vehicle and a staff member will come out to greet you. Please be sure to wear a mask and let our staff member know your name and show them a copy of your receipt (paper copy or on your phone is fine). They will retrieve your order and hand it to you. Remember our workplace is closed to the public at this time, including restrooms.
